After weeks of delay in closing the proposed Ziff Davis Enterprise acquisition of RWW, and seeing Ars Technica and PaidContent both get bought, I decide enough is enough. Time to get back to work.

A Deal Is Done and I Attend a Trippy Web 2.0 Party at Temple
In late April 2008, I sign a Letter of Intent to sell ReadWriteWeb to a US media company. Also, I attend a VIP Web 2.0 party in downtown San Francisco — where everyone seems high but me.
